I am really curious about pineapples and what is pineapple good for females specifically. Last month, I started feeling like my digestion wasn't that great and like, honestly, I usually eat a lot of fruits, but I don't have pineapples often. My friend said they’re amazing for women’s health and I should totally include them in my diet. I did some digging and, wow, I read that pineapples might help with inflammation and even boost immunity. I mean, that sounds great, right? I've also heard they can help skin health, which I could use some support with! But are there certain vitamins or nutrients in pineapples that are especially beneficial for females? Lately, I’ve been dealing with some fatigue too. Is there a connection there? Like, what is pineapple good for females when it comes to energy levels?
