I am trying to figure out how many amla to eat per day because I’ve heard so many good things about it. Last month, I started feeling really sluggish and my digestion’s been off. A friend recommended amla, saying it’s good for boosting energy and helping with gut health. I found this amazing organic amla powder, but the thing is, I’m not sure if I should go raw or just stick to the powder. Sometimes I just toss a few amla into my smoothies, but I’m worried if I'm eating too little or too much. I’ve read that you can eat like 1 to 3 amla a day or even more, but how many amla to eat per day for someone who just wants to feel more energized but doesn’t want to overdo it? Also, I noticed some conflicting info online about the daily intake—one site says a lot, another suggests moderation. Ugh! It gets confusing with the dosages. Just last week, I tried three raw amla and it felt a bit too much. I mean, I don't wanna mess up my stomach more. Any advice on how many amla to eat per day without going crazy but still reaping those health benefits? Thanks a bunch!
