I am really confused about something and hoping someone can help me out. I started my weight gain journey a few months ago because I’ve been feeling super weak and just, like, not my best. I've always been on the lighter side, and after talking to my Ayurvedic friend, she suggested that honey could help. But honestly, I am questioning when should I eat honey for weight gain? I read that raw honey is a natural source of carbs and energy, but I’ve been unsure about the timing. Like, do I eat it in the morning or at night? Or mixed with something else, maybe? I've tried it in my smoothies and on toast, but I feel like I need guidance on the best way to incorporate it into my meals. Some days I just forget, and then I think... am I missing out? Also, I want to know, is there a specific amount I should be having? My biggest concern is to make sure I’m doing it right and not just eating a ton of honey and hoping it works. I feel like I need a plan or something, like maybe a routine. If anyone could share their thoughts on when should I eat honey for weight gain, I’d appreciate any tips!
