I am really confused about my breakfast choices lately. I've always heard that eating curd in morning is considered great for digestion and overall health, but I’m not sure if that actually true. I typically start my day with some cereal and a banana, but then I read that mixing curd with fruits can be really beneficial. Last month, I tried having curd instead of my usual breakfast and I felt pretty good, less bloated, but then I had read somewhere that curd is heavy for some people in the morning. I don’t wanna mess up my gut! Do you think eating curd in morning is good for everyone or does it depend on the person? I also noticed it didn't hurt my stomach like I thought it would, but sometimes I feel a bit sluggish after breakfast. I just don’t wanna go back to my old routine if curd could be better, you know? My friend swears by eating curd every day, but he has a totally different body type than me. Would love to hear your opinions on whether eating curd in morning is a good choice for someone like me who sometimes struggles with digestion. Ugh, just need some clarity on this!
