I am really curious about something. Lately, I've been reading a lot about how amla juice could be a good addition to my diet, especially since I'm trying to lose some extra pounds that just won't budge! For the past few months, I've tried various diets and exercises but not much works. Every time I step on the scale, I get a little more frustrated. I heard that amla juice can boost metabolism and improve digestion, which supposedly helps with weight loss? I'm honestly not sure if that's true or just hype, ya know? A friend mentioned it, and I found some articles claiming that amla juice does reduce weight. I’ve tried drinking it in the mornings, but I’m not seeing much change yet.
