I am kinda confused about whether curd actually increases weight or not. For the last few months, I’ve been trying to lose a bit of weight, ya know? I cut down on junk and started exercising more. But then, I added curd to my diet thinking it was healthy and all. But now, my weight loss seems like at a standstill, and I can't help wondering if the curd plays a role in this? I usually have it for breakfast with fruit or sometimes just with a bit of honey. But I heard from a friend that does curd increase weight, especially if you eat it too often? I really don’t wanna give it up because I enjoy it! I even tried low-fat versions, but nothing seems to help. My last check-up showed I’m holding onto more water weight too, which is really frustrating!! I’ve read mixed opinions about dairy and weight. Some say it's good for digestion, but does that really mean curd is helping or hindering my weight loss? Can anyone share their thoughts? Like, does eating more curd actually affect weight gain, or is that just a myth? Any insights would be super appreciated!
