I am really confused about how to drink noni juice the right way. I read somewhere that it’s super healthy, but I'm not sure if I’m drinking it correctly. A little backstory—I started drinking noni juice a few weeks ago for some digestion issues I've been having, and honestly, it’s been a wild ride. Some days I feel better, and other days I’m just like, what did I do wrong? I mean, I usually just take a shot of it in the morning, but then I heard it’s better to mix it with something else. Is that true? Like, does should I add honey or maybe mix it with a smoothie? I tried mixing it with water once, and I couldn’t handle the taste! 😳 Also, how much should I actually be drinking? I saw different opinions online, some say 1 oz., others say 4 oz. I don’t wanna overdo it, but I want the benefits! And what about timing? Should it be before or after meals? My friend said it started to help his skin when they added it to their routine, so now I'm kinda hopeful too, but I need to figure out how to drink noni juice without it tasting so awful or messing up my stomach.
