I am really confused about which dalia is best for weight loss. I've been trying to shed some pounds for a while now and thought I'd incorporate more healthy grains into my diet. A friend suggested dalia, but I’m not sure which kind to choose. Last week, I bought some coarse wheat dalia that seemed popular at the store, but I also saw finer varieties. I guess I should also mention that I’ve been feeling kinda bloated after meals, especially when I eat heavy stuff. Maybe I'm not combining it right? Anyway, my main goal is to find out if the fine or coarse dalia is better for weight loss, and how to prepare it to make it enjoyable? I tried making a savory dish with that coarse dalia, but it just didn't taste right, you know? And I’ve read a bit about the nutritional value and how fibers are good for filling me up so I don’t snack much. But which dalia is best for weight loss, and why?
