Hello From what you have mentioned your bodies showing a clear picture of long-standing inflammation, hormonal imbalance from past PCOS and post vaccine immune hyper reactivity, which together can slowdown metabolism and trigger allergies, acne, and weight stagnation. Even if you were eating routine is disciplined. After gallbladder removal, the digestion of fats naturally becomes more sensitive and this often leads to gut irritation, toxic accumulation, and sluggish liver gut axis, which is one important reason behind your current IGE IMBALANCE, According to Ayurveda, this pattern matches in aggravated pitta kapha state with a very reactive vata layer on top, and the first line of support is to calm the immune settle gut, inflammation and support, smooth digestion rather than focusing aggressively on weight loss is that may actually worse heat and dryness

Include warm, easy to digest meals. Take a regular intervals. Avoid long fasting gaps because excessive fasting aggravates vata and increases in inflammatory responses Take soft Khichdi with moong dal cooked vegetables like lauki Tinda pumpkin carrots and steamed apples helps the gut Include Ghee in diet as it prepares the intestinal lining and reduces immune over reactivity Prefer rise over wheat include rice, Kanji, coconut water, butter, milk Avoid tomato vinegar curd at night, delight, food, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, and repeated herbal tea teas as they overall eating and maybe aggravating your post vaccine inflammation You can take paneer fresh fruits like pomegranate, pear , ripe papaya Stop all packed food bakery, food, peanuts, and cold drinks Sleep before 11 PM Avoid eye intensity workouts Brisk walking daily Internally start on Arogyavardini vati Neem capsule one tablet twice daily after food with water Guduchi satva -2 pinch with honey Haridra khanda half teaspoon with warm water after food twice daily Avipattikara churna half teaspoon before meals with water Mahamanjistadi aristha-15, ML with equal amount of water twice daily after meals

Hello‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Kazi Mariam, Weight-loss resistance, allergies, acne flare-ups, and low energy are so disheartening to you, I can feel that. However, it only gets worse after you have PCOS and your gallbladder has been removed.

The symptoms that you are showing hint that you have a Vata-Pitta aggravation with high Ama (toxicity) + post-vaccine immune overreaction resulting into: - Chronic systemic inflammation - Very high IgE = hypersensitivity state - Metabolic sluggishness after gallbladder removal - Vata imbalance = allergies, fatigue - Pitta aggravation = acne, rashes - Ama = weight-loss resistance

You definitely do not need more of such things as teas, fasting, ginger, garlic, ajwain, methi because they are all Ushna (hot) and thus increasing inflammation + allergy.

✅AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT ✅INTERNAL MEDICATION (All safe with your history — gallbladder removal & PCOS taken into account)

👉For Allergies & High IgE 1 Guduchi Satva – 1 tsp with warm water two times a day before food 2 Haridrakhand – 1 tsp twice a day with warm water 3 Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tab after meals (balances liver & inflammation)

👉For PCOS + weight resistance + inflammation 1.Kanchnar Guggulu – 1 tabs two times a day after meals 2. Punarnava Mandur – 1 tab two times a day

👉For Gut Repair & Metabolism 1.Avipattikar Churna – ½ tsp before lunch & dinner

✅HOME REMEDIES

❌ STOP immediately Ginger + garlic tea Cinnamon tea Jeera-ajwain-methi tea Intermittent fasting daily

All these things cause Pitta to increase → thus allergies + acne + inflammation get worsened.

✅START these 1. Mulethi + Rose Water Drink ½ tsp mulethi + 1 tsp rose water in 1 glass water → once a day (Rescues allergy, inflammation, and Pitta.)

2. Aloe vera pulp (1 tbsp) empty stomach Facilitates digestion & skin.

3. Coconut water everyday Refreshing + anti-inflammatory.

4. Golden milk (but mild) ½ tsp turmeric + warm milk at night (It lowers IgE & inflammation.)

5. Soaked raisins (15–20) every morning Helps to balance hormones + cools Pitta.

✅ ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DIET PLAN (Gallbladder removal + PCOS + allergies + high IgE safe)

👉 Foods to prefer Cooling, anti-inflammatory, low-Pitta, gut-friendly

–Breakfast (choose any) Rice flakes (poha) with vegetables Oats with chia seeds + raisins Moong dal cheela Ragi porridge Steamed apple or papaya

–Lunch White rice / red rice Moong dal / masoor dal Vegetables: lauki tori kaddu beetroot carrots Buttermilk with jeera (very important for allergies)

–Evening Coconut water Fruit bowl (avoid citrus) Herbal tea: Mulethi + rose + fennel

–Dinner Khichdi (moong + rice + ghee) Vegetable soup Dalia with veg

❌Avoid (these worsen inflammation & IgE) All fasting Ginger, garlic, cinnamon, ajwain Tomatoes Curd at night Fermented foods Bakery Red chilli, masala Coffee Sour foods (lemon, vinegar) Nuts for now (can flare allergies) Oily foods, fried Wheat in excess (causes heaviness after gallbladder surgery)

✅ LIFESTYLE CHANGES

Eat 3 regular meals (no fasting) Your body needs stability to bring down ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌IgE. Pranaynama - nadi shodhana, anulom viloma Gentle exercises and yoga Sleep 7.5 to 8 hours

With consistent care you will definitely see the changes You can heal - your immune system needs calming not forcing

Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

HELLO,

WHY YOU ARE LOSING WEIGHT Even though you’re fasting and eating mindfully , your body s in an inflamed, stressed state. When the body is inflamed -metabolism slows down -cortisol become high -insuli sensitivity reduces -fat burning shuts down -body retains water -PCOS becomes worse So weight stagnation is not because you’re not trying, but because your body is under immune stress

WHY ALLERGIES INCREASED AFTER THE VACCINE Vaccines activate the immune system (this is how they work) In a few people, the immune system becomes hyperactive especially when -there is underlying inflammation -gut barrier is weak -pitta + vata are aggravated -hormonal imbalance PCOS exists -stress is high This leads to very high IgE, meaning your body reacts to harmless things as if they are dangerous-> skin rashes, hives, itching, allergies to foods, and even acne flare-ups

AYURVEDIC VIEW Your symptoms indicate

1) PITTA AGGRAVATION=heat, inflammation, redness, acne 2) VATA AGGRAVATION= hypersensitivity, allergies, anxiety 3)KAPHA IMBALANCE= weight resistance , PCOS tendencies 4)AMA (toxin buildup) IN GUT= allergy triggers 5) BLOOD IMPURITY= hives, rashes, acne

So your condition is pitta-vata dominant with kapha blockage

TREATMENT GOALS -reduce inflammation -stabilize immunity -cleanse blood and lymph -rebuild gut liing -balance hormones + improve insulin sensitivity -reset metabolism -support mental calmess-> reduce vata

INTERNAL MEDICATIOS

A) ANTI INFMALLATORY

-GUDUCHI GHAN VATI= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =natural immunomodulator, reduces allergy markers, cools pitta without weakening digestion

-AMALAKI RASAYANA= 1 tsp in morning =strong antioxidant, repairs gut lining, reduces skin inflammation

- SHATAVARI CHURNA =1 tsp with warm milk at bedtime =hormone balancing for PCOS, soothes pitta, nourishes depleted tissues

B) BLOOD PURIFICATIO

-MANJISTHA CHURNA= 1 tsp once daily in moring with warm water =cleans blood, reduces hives, acne, good for high IgE skin reactions

-NEEM CAPSULES= 1 cap once daily =anti microbial, anti inflammatory useful for recurrent acne

C) GUT HEALING + DETOX

-AVIPATTIKAR CHURNA= 1/2 tsp with warm water after meals twice daily =reduces acidity, cools pitta, eases digestion

-TRIPHALA CHURNA= 1 tsp with warm water at bedtime =cleans colon, reduces toxins, helps weight balance

FOR WEIGHT LOSS

-MEDOHARA GUGGULU= 1 tab twice daily after meals = reduces stubborn kapha, helps fat metabolism

EXTERAL APPLICATION

FOR HIVES/ACNE -sandalwood + multani mitti + rose water =apply for 10-15 min, wash with cool water

DIET -mung dal -rice,redrice -ghee -lauki,tori,pumpkin, ash gourd -carrot, beetroot -stewed apple, pear, grapes -coconut water -CCF tea (coriander, cumin, fennel) -moong dal khichdi -turmeric (small amount) -curd only of diluted (buttermilk) and to during allergies

AVOID -ginger -garlic -cinnamon -ajwain/methi/jeera concentrated teas -fermented foods -vinegar -pickles -wheat at night -coffee -chili, spicy foods -sour foods except amla - fried food

These directly aggravate IgE

LIFESTYLE CHANGES -Sleep early by 10 pm=regulates hormones+ reduces inflammation -Avoid screen exposure 2 hrs before sleep= reduces vata and cortisol -Avoid fasting that is too intense -Stay hydrated= warm or room tempter only -Stayy mentally cool= stress-> increases histamine-> worsens allergies and acne

YOGA ASANAS -child’s pose -cat-ow -bridge pose -butterfly pose -supine spinal twist

AVOID -strong cardio

PRANAYAM -Anulom vilom= 10 min- balances vata and pitta -Sheetali/sheetkari= 3-5 min- instant heat + allergycalming -Bhramari= 3 min=reduces immune stress

AVOID= kapalbhati, bhastrika

HOME REMEDIES -Coriander seed water=drik in morning cools pitta + reduces rashes -Aloe vera + amla = 10 ml mixture in water- anti inflammatory, gut healing -Cucumber + mint juice= small glass very cooling -Turmeric water

You are not failing at weight loss- your body is inflamed and overwhelmed, so it cannot burn fat right now The first step is to calm immunity, cool pitta and heal the gut

Once inflammation reduces -allergies improve -acne reduces -energy increases -sleep improves -insulin sensitivity increases -weight begins to drop naturally

This is a slow but stable healing process, not a quick fix Within 6-12 weeks of proper anti-inflammatory program, most people see strong improvements

DO FOLLOW

HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL

THANK YOU

The recent development of allergies and acne after the vaccine may indicate an exacerbation of underlying pitta imbalance. The weight issue along with your history of PCOS and gall bladder removal suggest kapha involvement as well. Addressing both these doshas requires a nuanced approach.

For your diet, focus on a pitta-pacifying and mild kapha-reducing plan, which will support anti-inflammatory needs. Consume cooling, hydrating foods such as cucumber, gourd varieties, and leafy greens like spinach and arugula. Limit spicy, oily, and acidic foods; avoid tomatoes, fermented items, and excessive garlic. Incorporate turmeric in food as it’s anti-inflammatory but be cautious with high doses due to your heightened sensitivity post-vaccine.

Regarding teas, it’s wise to reduce ginger and cinnamon intake as they can aggravate pitta, at least for now. Focus more on cooling alternatives like coriander or fennel tea. For your morning drink, consider a warm tea with licorice root known to balance immune responses, and support digestion in an non-inflammatory manner.

Daily meals should include ample vegetables, whole grains like quinoa and barley, and legumes in moderation. Turmeric milk with a pinch of black pepper and honey in the evening can help soothe inflammation and support immune modulation. Monitor your body’s response carefully to these changes and adjust as needed.

Since your gall bladder is removed, be mindful to eat smaller, frequent meals to ensure adequate digestion and assimilation of nutrients. Incorporating moderate regular exercise like yoga or brisk walking can help in managing both weight and maintaining digestive fire.

Assess if any specific foods or environments are worsening your allergies; if so, eliminate them temporarily to allow your body to return to balance. For severe allergic reactions, immediate medical attention might be necessary. Working with an Ayurvedic practitioner personally may also benefit for tailored support, especially given your unique constitution and recent health changes.

It sounds like your body is undergoing some complex imbalances, likely influenced by the combination of your PCOS history, gall bladder removal, and the recent vaccine response. These conditions, alongside your allergy flare-ups, suggest a disturbance in the balance of your doshas, often primarily involving an excess of Pitta and Kapha.

For weight management and allergy management, an anti-inflammatory diet could indeed be beneficial. Focus on foods that pacify both Pitta and Kapha doshas. Increase intake of fresh fruits (except sour and citrus varieties), such as apples, pears, and pomegranates. Include lots of leafy greens and vegetables like zucchini, carrots, and gourds, which are naturally cooling and cleansing.

Avoid foods that could aggravate Pitta and Kapha, such as spicy, oily, fried, fermented, and excessively salty items. Also, minimize consumption of dairy and wheat, as they may contribute to congestion and allergic response. Aim for a diet high in anti-oxidant foods and herbs; turmeric, ginger (in moderation considering heat), coriander, and fennel can be beneficial.

Given your high S.IgE level, consider including fresh aloe vera gel in your morning routine to help soothe and balance your system. Sip on boiled water with cumin seeds throughout the day to help cleanse your digestive system and reduce inflammation.

On another note, manage stress levels with at least 20 minutes of daily meditation or pranayama, focusing on cooling breaths like Sheetali pranayama, which can help reduce excess heat in the body. As the allergic reaction is severe, prioritize consulting a healthcare professional who can provide immediate treatment options to address the acute allergy symptoms. Make sure any ayurvedic recommendations align with their advice.
