I am super confused about this whole bura sugar thing. I started looking into it because my mom said I should try to cut down on regular sugar and start using more natural alternatives, right? Then I came across this bura sugar stuff online and honestly, I had no idea what to expect. Like, is it really that much better for you? I tried some in my tea, and it was kinda okay, but I can't shake the feeling that I might be missing something important. I mean, I read a bit about how bura sugar is made and that it has some minerals, which sounds good, but does that mean I can just use it like it's the same as regular sugar? I guess what I'm really asking is, what is bura sugar and how does it compare to, you know, white sugar and even jaggery?
