पोषण की लगातार कमी ( परहेज), लगातार, शारीरिक और मानसिक श्रम, अत्यधिक तनाव, और चिंता के कारण, बाल, दाढ़ी और मुछे सफेद हो रही है काम में अब उत्साह और मन नहीं लगता है। पोषण की कमी और अत्यधिक श्रम के कारण शरीर कमजोर हो चुका है मांसपेशी मे शारीरिक और मानसिक थकावट और चिडिचिड़ापन रहता है कब्ज और गैस बनती है परहेज का कारण किडनी की पथरी थी जिसका आपरेशन हो चुका है computer और मोबाईल पर ज्यादा काम होता है।
