I am really confused about this whole thing with soya chunks. I read somewhere that they’re packed with protein, which sounds great for someone like me who’s trying to build muscle and stay fit. A while back, I started adding soya chunks to my meals because I thought it would be a good alternative to meat, right? My friends think maybe I’m overthinking this, but it’s hard not too wonder if eating soya chunks is good for male health or if I should cut it out completely.
