I am really confused about something. For the last few weeks, I’ve been trying to eat healthier, and I keep hearing people rave about curd. Like, I’ve always thought yogurt was just a tasty snack, but now everyone says it’s got like amazing health benefits? I’m just not sure what is the benefit of curd, you know? My sister swears by it, saying it helps her digestion and gives her energy. I even read somewhere that it could support gut health or something, but honestly, I’m a bit skeptical. Just last month I had some bad stomach issues and consulted a doctor, and they mentioned probiotics. Do you think curd is effective for gut health like they say? I’ve tried eating it plain, mixed with fruits, but I still don’t see a huge difference. And what about lactose intolerance? I’ve heard it can be good for that too, but that’s been my worry —I really don’t want to upset my stomach again. Can someone break down what is the benefit of curd, like what I should look for or how much to eat? Really wanting to give it a fair shot!
