I am trying to figure out how to use gond siyah, but honestly, I’m kinda lost here. A few weeks ago, I came back from a trip to India, and I saw a local Ayurvedic shop where I picked up some gond siyah because I kept hearing how it's great for strengthening bones and boosting energy. I mean, I’m always feeling tired, and I thought, why not give this a shot? But now that I’m home, I'm just not sure what to do with it. Like, does it have to be mixed with specific things? I read somewhere it can be combined with milk, but I’m not a big dairy fan. Plus, my friend told me about making it into energy balls or something, but I can’t find a decent recipe. I’ve tried a couple of things, but I find it hard to get the proportions right. It often ends up too sticky or way too dry! Ugh! Is it supposed to be taken daily? Or should I use it only when I need a boost? I’ve been feeling a bit sluggish lately, and I thought gond siyah would help. Any advice would be awesome because I don't want to waste what I have.
