I am confused about something that’s been bothering me — can we eat egg with curd? I mean, I’ve always been told that mixing them is a no-go, but then my friend just casually has them together in a salad. I tried it once and felt super bloated afterward, like something wasn’t right. Last week, I had a breakfast combo of scrambled eggs and yogurt, and it just didn’t sit well with my stomach. I’ve had issues with digestion for a while now, mostly gas and that heavy feeling. I remember reading about how some combos of food can clash and make it harder for your body to digest but not sure if this is one of them. This kinda thing messes my whole day up, you know? Like, I love eggs and yogurt separately, but can we eat egg with curd without causing problems? Is there any specific reason why they shouldn’t be eaten together? I've even Googled it, and there are so many mixed opinions out there. My mom always said to keep those apart, but maybe she's old school or something? Anyone had experiences or insights on this? Just really trying to figure this whole food combining thing out for my gut's sake. 😅
