I am really curious and a bit confused about poppy seeds. Like, I’ve been seeing them in some recipes and stuff, and I thought they were just for decoration, you know? But then my friend mentioned they actually come from poppy plants, and now I'm wondering, what are poppy seeds used for? A few weeks ago, I made a big batch of lemon poppy seed muffins for a family gathering, and everyone loved them! 😂 But I still don’t get why they’re so popular in sweets. Are poppy seeds healthy? I read somewhere they have nutrients and can even help with sleep or anxiety. Is that true? Also, can you believe I only just found out you can actually juice poppy seeds?
