I am really confused about how many anjeer to eat per day. Last week, I was reading about how good they are for digestion and boosting immunity, and honestly, I just love the taste! But here’s the thing—I've started having some weird stomach bloating after eating a lot of them. I guess I was just munching away thinking more is better, ya know? I heard they can be like a natural laxative, which I thought sounded great, especially since I’ve struggled with a bit of constipation in the past. I went on a small trip and packed a whole bag of dried anjeer with me! How many anjeer to eat per day? I probably ate 8-10 of them in a single sitting a couple of times, thinking I was doing myself a solid. Now I’m worried I overdid it... Should I space them out more? Or is there maybe a specific amount that’s recommended daily? I just want to feel good, not bloated! Plus, I have a friend who said that eating too much can actually lead to gaining weight, but I don’t want to miss out on the benefits either. Ugh, so many questions! Any advice on the right amount of anjeer to eat per day would be super helpful!
