I am trying to figure out what is gokhru and how it might help me. Lately, I've been feeling really low on energy and just off in general. A friend mentioned that gokhru could be beneficial for my overall health, maybe even for boosting energy or helping with some other little issues like junk food cravings. I just don't know much about it. When I googled it, like I got a lot of info but still kinda confusing, you know? I’m also curious if it can help with my frequent urges to snack, especially at night, it’s like my mind is racing and I can't resist. I read somewhere that gokhru might help with metabolism or something? That would be great since I’m trying to get back on track with my workouts and eating healthy. Could someone explain what is gokhru exactly? Is it safe to take in pill form or should I look for some tea or powder instead? Any experiences or dosages that worked for you would be awesome! Just feeling a bit hopeless at times and want to feel more balanced. Thanks in advance, everyone!
