I am really struggling with my liver health lately, and I need some advice! A few months ago, I started feeling super fatigued and nauseous all the time. After some blood tests, my doctor mentioned elevated liver enzymes and said I should look into foods for liver support. Honestly, I freaked out a bit. I mean, who wants to hear something like that, right? I've tried cutting alcohol out completely and reducing junk food but I’m still not sure if that’s enough??? I’ve heard that there are specific foods that can help with liver repair, but I don’t know where to start. What foods are good for liver repair? Are there certain superfoods or herbs I should be paying more attention to? I’ve come across a few suggestions like beets and leafy greens, but it feels overwhelming. Sometimes I wonder if cooking them right even matters, you know? I'm also worried about getting the right nutrients since I try to eat as healthy as possible, or at least I think I do?? Ugh, if someone could just give me a simple list of what foods are good for liver repair — like a cheat sheet — that would be amazing! Thanks a million in advance for any help!
