I am really confused about something I notice with my health lately. For the past few months, I’ve been trying to eat healthier and workout more, but I kinda feel like I’m not seeing the results I want... I mean, I've been eating a lot of curd because I've heard it’s good for digestion and all that. But here’s the thing — I’ve been wondering, can curd increase weight? Last week, I weighed myself and I was shocked! Like, I gained a couple of pounds, and I can't help but think it's because of the curd. I really like it, use it in my smoothies and even just eat it directly with fruits, but now I’m freaking out a bit. Some friends suggested that dairy might not be the best for weight management, but then others say it’s full of good probiotics that can actually help you. I mean, can curd really increase weight or is it just me not doing enough cardio? Just trying to figure out what makes sense, you know? Should I cut back on it, or is it just my body reacting crazy to changes? Any thoughts would help, I’m feeling kinda lost here!
