I haveHadimotos thyroiditis. Tried homeo andayurveda for 10 years but TSH levels are high and even the nodules have started growing on my thyroid gland. Started talking thyronorm 25mcg. Can you help me with my diet plan and howIcan boost myself andcutemy thyroid? My TPO Antibodies is 538. My ultrasound shows Triad 3.

When hashimoto’s stay active for too long, the immune system keeps attacking the thyroid tissue. So TSH rises antibodies, stays high and nodules can slowly grow. This doesn’t mean the thyroid is failing completely. For lifestyle changes, prioritize routine and regularity. Practice daily self-massage (Abhyanga) with warm sesame oil to pacify Vata. Engage in gentle yoga and pranayama (breathing exercises) to improve circulation and oxygenation to the thyroid gland. Incorporating stress management techniques, such as meditation, can also be quite beneficial, as stress can exacerbate thyroid imbalance.
