I am pure vegetarian and want to weight gain ..i have tried milk and banana, paneer but did not worked..i feel good for maximum one week then again i feel weak and my face looks like a patient..I consulted doctors but my reports are good ...vitamin d and b12, iron were low..i took tablets but again same results.so what should I eat to gain weight and balance my vitamin minerals
