I recently bought a jar of chyawanprash because I’ve been feeling low on energy and catching colds more often than usual. I’ve heard so much about its benefits for immunity and overall health, but I’m confused about how to take it properly. Specifically, can we eat chyawanprash empty stomach? It’s best for them to take it with a meal or with milk.
