I’ve been having this doubt for a while, and I really need some clarity. Can I eat banana and curd together? I love bananas and curd separately, but a few days ago, I thought, why not mix them? It seemed like a good combo at first, and I made myself a bowl of curd, added sliced bananas, and even put a little honey on top for taste. But after eating it, I started feeling bloated and uncomfortable. The next day, I had some mild acidity too. I’m not sure if it was because of this, but it made me a bit paranoid. Now here’s the thing, I usually have curd with meals, sometimes plain or with sugar. Bananas are my go-to snack in the morning, and I never had issues with either of them.
