Harad is ayurvedic herbs for improving digestion and for cleansing intestines. It is not necessary to give if after consulting ayurvedic physician if not recommended. Please don’t self medicate for children, though it is ayurvedic, it is always better to consult ayurvedic physician. For skin benefit you can give amla juice 5ml. Twice daily after food with 10 ml. water . Daily intake of fresh green vegetables and seasonal fruits will help.

In Ayurveda, Haritaki is known as “Abhaya” (fearless) because it is believed to protect from many diseases BENEFITS OF HARITAKI 1) DIGESTIVE BENEFITS -mild natural laxatives -improve digestion -helps relieve constipation -reduces gas and bloating -cleanses intestines gently 2) SKIN BENEFITS According to Ayurveda, skin glow depends on -good digestion -proper bowel movement -clean blood HARITAKI MAY HELP SKIN INDIRECTLY BY -Improving gut health -removing toxins -supporting liver function DOES IT IMPROVE COMPLEXION? Aapke daughter only 8 years ke hai… skin complexion ke liye koi bhi herb abhi is age mein dena not at all prescribed hai… Aap usko externally besan + turmeric + rose water use kar sakte hai. Internal use kuch bhi na kare… Excess use of harad se body mein dryness aane se complexion aur dark hone ke chances hai.
