●FOR YOUR SON● ●Ingredients and Quantities For approximately 500 grams of mixture: • Ragi flour - 150 grams • Roasted mung beans - 100 grams • Almonds - 20 pieces (30 grams) • Cashews - 10 pieces (~25 grams) • White sesame seeds - 25 grams • Date powder - 120 grams • Cardamom - 5 grams (5-6 pieces) Dry ginger - 3 grams Natural cocoa powder (optional) - 20 grams No refined sugar No artificial flavors ●How to make it Lightly roast the ragi and moong dal over low heat. Lightly roast the almonds, cashews, and sesame seeds. Dry the dates thoroughly and grind them into a fine powder. Once all the ingredients have cooled, add the cardamom, dry ginger, and cocoa. Mix everything together and grind them into a fine powder.
