—Chronic prostatitis often comes and goes, and in many cases it isn’t caused by infection. There isn’t always a single permanent cure, but with the right combination of treatments—such as medications, pelvic floor therapy, and lifestyle changes—most patients can achieve long-term control and significant relief of symptoms. —Rx: Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tab BD after meals with lukewarm water Gokshuradi Guggulu – 2 tab BD after meals Varunadi Kwath – 20 ml with equal warm water BD before meals Punarnavadi Mandur – 1 tab BD after meals —Advice: Warm sitz bath daily Avoid very spicy food, alcohol, excess tea/coffee Drink adequate warm water Avoid prolonged sitting —Follow-up: 15 days

Hereby Dr Arshad Mohammad MD( Sexology & Reproductive Medicine) Listen carefully no one going to tell u this thing here Prosatitis is disease of old age people But if it occur in 30 then its mechanism is differnt from old age Testosterone and dihydrotestosterone is responsible for swelling of prostate gland leads to prostatitis If you are using any sexual products ex ashwaganda , shatavari, musuli then compulsory to stop it , otherwise size increase progressively. You need proper medicine for this, to stop growth otherwise it will go to permanent stage

Chronic prostatitis that comes and goes for several years usually indicates a long standing imbalance in the pelvic region rather than only a simple infection In many cases antibiotics give temporary relief but symptoms return because the underlying inflammation congestion and vata imbalance in the prostate region is not corrected In Ayurveda this condition is commonly related to vata aggravation in the pelvic organs along with mild pitta inflammation affecting the urinary and reproductive channels When vata becomes aggravated in the lower abdomen it disturbs the normal movement of apana vayu which controls urination ejaculation and pelvic circulation This leads to symptoms such as pelvic pain burning urination discomfort in the prostate area frequent urination pressure in the lower abdomen and recurrence of symptoms over long periods The goal of treatment is to reduce inflammation improve circulation in the prostate region strengthen the urinary system and stabilize apana vayu Diet and daily routine play an important role Avoid very spicy foods excess chilli alcohol smoking excessive coffee very sour foods and long sitting because these aggravate both pitta and vata in the pelvic region Drink adequate warm water during the day Include light warm meals with vegetables whole grains and moderate healthy fats Avoid excessive fasting and avoid very late nights because irregular lifestyle weakens pelvic circulation For herbal support Chandraprabha vati two tablets twice daily after food with warm water is traditionally used to support prostate health urinary tract function and reduce inflammation in the pelvic organs Gokshuradi guggulu two tablets twice daily after meals helps reduce inflammation supports urinary flow and improves the health of the prostate and urinary channels Varunadi kwath fifteen to twenty milliliters with equal warm water twice daily after food can help reduce congestion and support proper urinary function If there is burning or irritation in urination Chandanasava fifteen milliliters with equal water after meals can help calm pitta in the urinary system Warm sitz baths in lukewarm water for ten to fifteen minutes in the evening improve circulation in the prostate region and often reduce pelvic discomfort Regular moderate exercise walking yoga and gentle stretching also help improve blood flow to the pelvic organs With consistent herbal therapy dietary regulation and correction of vata imbalance many patients experience significant improvement in chronic prostatitis symptoms over time Long standing cases may take a few months of consistent treatment but the focus is on correcting the root imbalance rather than only suppressing symptoms so that recurrence becomes less frequent and overall prostate health improves
