I have hydrocele on right side. I was operated but the problem is still there. It is not uncomfortable. I was operated for Urethroplasty in 2016. The blockage was removed but I have to use Catheter every two weeks to dilate urethra. Is there any treatment inAyurveda

Hydrocele is a surgical case which need surgical intervention Already u have done surgery so now u need to maintain it In ayurveda we don’t have any direct medicine for its treatment but we have medicines cibe to ease the urine and stool output Start with Hinguvachadi gulika tab 1-0-1 before food Varunadhi kwatham tab 1-0-1 after food
Also do some exercise and yoga like Kegels exercise, Bhujangasana vrikshasana Parvatasana Suryanamaskara
