Bangshil- 2 Tablets BD after food with warm water for 15 days and then 1 tablet BD after food with warm water for another 15 days. 2. Chandraprabha Vati- 1 tablet BD with warm water after food for 1 month 3. Varunadi kashaya - 20ml BD with 20ml warm water half an hour before food Diet recommendations:- 1. Include pineapple in your diet. 2. Soak 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds in 1 glass of water overnight and drink it warm and strained first thing in the morning. 3. Make a paste of coriander leaves along with some black salt- take 1 glass of water and add 1tsp of prepared paste along with some lemon juice and you can have this drink 2-3 times a day.
