हाँ मैंने इससे पहले भी स्वास्थ्यवर्धक capsule का सेवन किया जिससे मेरा वजन बढ़ गया लेकिन दवाई का सेवन बंद करने के बाद फिर पहले जैसा हो गया

avoid spicy foood take ahswagandha churna 5 gm 2 times day take shatavri churna 10 gm 2 times day with milk
