Tell me something which Ican eat for my fat loss I'm 18 years and my weight is 64 i want to loose my weight plz suggest me some meals which burns my fat and help me to to look fit

●Begin by incorporating light, warm meals. Favoring sattvic foods like fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains (like millets or barley) kkep your agni (digestive fire) strong. Avoid heavy, oily, or processed foods that can aggravate Kapha. Including a teaspoon of ginger along with meals can stimulate digestion further.Practicing regular physical activity such as brisk walking, yoga or Surya Namaskar enhances metabolism and burns calories. Exercise at least 5 times a week, about 30-45 minutes each time. Avoid overexerting initially; your body needs time to adjust.Hydration is key too. Drink plenty of warm water throughout the day. Warm water promotes detoxification and helps regulate your appetite ●Radish Seeds Take 3-5 grams of radish seed powder. Mix it with 1 teaspoon of honey to make a paste. Lick this paste twice a day and then drink lukewarm lemon water. Consuming this for 2 months regularly helps reduce belly fat. ●Triphala & Giloy Ingredients: Amla - 500 mg Bibhitaki - 500 mg Harad - 500 mg Giloy - 1500 mg Take with. Make a powder of these and mix with lukewarm water. Beneficial in reducing obesity and improving digestion. ●Preventive Remedies Consume Triphala + Giloy powder/extract daily. Include black and white pepper in your diet. Taking turmeric and black pepper with lukewarm water helps prevent weight loss. ●Varanadi Kwath Tablet- 2 tablet 3 times a day after food. ●Liposem Tablets - 2 tab after food 2 times ●Virgin Coconut Oil - Use in food.

avoid spicy food and milk and milk produts avoid sugar and fruits tab .medohar gugulu 2-0-2 tab livtone 1-0-1 tab triphala 2-0-2 after foods for 45 days do nasya with cow ghee 2 drop each nostril 2 times day take khichdi with 30 % rice and 70 % moong dal at night time intake more vegetabls ( steam /boild ) intake 3 to 4 lit water do yoga and excerise and brif waking

Fat loss at your age should be done by improving diet and activity, not by extreme dieting. Keep your meals simple and balanced. Avoid junk food like chips, sweets, fried items, and excess oily food. Focus on regular meal timings and portion control. Meals you can follow: Breakfast: Vegetable poha / upma / oats with a few nuts Lunch: 2 roti + dal + sabzi + salad Evening: 1 fruit or a handful of roasted chana / peanuts Dinner (light): 1–2 roti + sabzi or khichdi Avoid late-night eating and do not skip meals, as it can worsen digestion. Start daily physical activity like brisk walking or light exercise for 30–40 minutes. At home, you can take warm water with lemon in the morning.
