I’ve been trying to clean up my diet and focus on healthier meals, but I’ve heard mixed things about combining certain foods. One question that’s been bothering me is: can I eat banana and egg together? I often have both for breakfast because they’re quick and filling, but now I’m wondering if this is actually a good combination or if it could cause problems. Lately, I’ve been feeling some bloating and heaviness in the stomach after breakfast, and I wonder if it’s because I’m eating these two together.
