I am a BAMS Ayurvedic doctor who keeps coming back to the basics of Ayurveda, even on days when cases feel a bit complex and slow to respond. My way of working mostly revolves around finding the root cause of disease using classical Ayurvedic diagnostic methods, not just chasing symptoms, and sometimes that takes more patience than people expect. I try to design individualized Ayurvedic treatment plans, with focus on diet correction, lifestyle modifcation, and daily routine guidance, because I have seen again and again how small habits quietly shape health over time. I also completed a Certificate Course in Gynecology and Obstetrics from National Institute of Ayurveda, which really helped me feel more confident while managing women’s health concerns through Ayurvedic principles. Many patients come with lifestyle disorders, digestive troubles, or preventive health questions, and honestly, these areas remain very close to my daily clinical intrest. I keep reminding myself that prevention is not a fancy idea, it is practical work done every single day, sometimes in very simple ways. Another part of my journey includes Yoga, where I recieved a Silver Medal at the State Level Yoga Championship, and that experience still stays with me when guiding patients toward mind–body balance. I try to blend Yoga and Ayurveda naturally into wellness plans, even when progress feels slow or uneven at times, becuase healing is rarely a straight line!! I stay committed to holistic, patient-centered Ayurvedic care, encouraging natural healing, long-term balance, and sustainable health practices, even when the path feels a little uncertain or takes longer than expected.
