Your symptoms show chronic anxiety with severe sleep disturbance, which is now affecting eyes and overall energy. This needs calming of mind and nervous system. First priority is sleep restoration. Avoid mobile/overthinking before bed. Keep lights dim at night. Try to sleep at a fixed time even if sleep doesn’t come immediately. Do slow deep breathing before sleep. During day, avoid long screen exposure without breaks. Give rest to eyes. At home, take warm milk at night and practice simple pranayama (like anulom vilom). Gentle head massage with oil at night helps a lot. Ashwagandha tablet – 1 tablet at bedtime Brahmi tablet – 1 tablet twice daily Kalyanaka ghrita – ½ teaspoon at bedtime with warm milk This will calm the mind, improve sleep, and reduce anxiety gradually.
