How to eradicate H Pylori and improve digestion - #30376

I have H pylori (low stomach acid) because of which I'm not able to gain weight, I face bloating after eating food. I can't digest protein and fats and more food. Because of this, I have poor absorption and getting other issues. I daily have fennel, ajwain, jeera etc. Also I drink liquorice tea but still not much effective.

-You have H.pylori infection- a bacteria that damages the stomach lining and alters acid levels -Normally, the stomach needs strong but balanced acid to digest proteins and absorb nutrients -With H. pylori , the acid gets disturbed-> either too high or too low. In your case, it’s low stomach acid (hypochorhydra)

Because of this -Protiens and fats are not digested properly -> bloating, heaviness, discomfort -Nutrients (iron, B12, etc) are not absorbed-> weakness, weight loss, other health issues -Gut flora (microbes) get disturb -> bloating, gas

In Ayurveda, this is explained as -Mandagni (weak digestion) -Amla pitta (acid disturbance) -Krimi (microbial overgrowth)

So the core problem= weak digestion + bacteria +damaged stomach lining

TREATMENT GOALS -Eradicate bacteria -restore digestive fie -heal stomach and intestines -improve absorption and nourishment -prevent recurrence

PHASE WISE TREATMENT PLAN

Hi Doctor

I have H pylori symptoms like stomach burning, rashes, itching sometimes, bloating recently more often. The diet you provided is completely safe to use right I mean like in phase 1, I have to take Vidanga churna with honey, Neem tablet, Triphala.

Will they cause any stomach burning or discomfort?

Triphala will reduce all your symptoms and if you are facing stomach burning and bloating recently more often that is due to Sharad kala sharad kala is pitta dominant do this is observed by many patients this is normal no need to worry just have cold milk at night this will reduce burning sensation and go with phase 1 medicines this will detox your body

Before Meals (Digestive Stimulators):

A small piece of fresh ginger with a pinch of salt before meals.

1 tsp apple cider vinegar in warm water before lunch/dinner (only if no burning sensation).

Jeera–ajwain–saunf mix after meals is good, but don’t overuse (can dry up stomach mucosa).

During Meals:

Eat small portions and chew very well.

Combine protein with light, easily digestible carbs (rice, moong dal khichdi, vegetable soups).
