एक फैलोपियन ट्यूब से गर्भधारण बिल्कुल संभव है - अगर एक ट्यूब स्वस्थ और खुली हो -खुली ट्यूब बंद या क्षतिग्रस्त न हो, तो प्राकृतिक गर्भाधान बहुत संभव है।

आपकी RIGHT नली पूरी तरह से बंद है और LEFT नली खुली है। उपचार तो हो गया है, लेकिन अभी तक गर्भधारण नहीं हुआ है। आयुर्वेदिक उपचार लें क्योंकि क्योर जैसे कई मामलों में आयुर्वेदिक प्रोटोकॉल का पालन करके स्वस्थ गर्भावस्था हुई है।

#उपचार का उद्देश्य होना चाहिए: -कार्यशील पक्ष पर स्वस्थ ओव्यूलेशन को प्रोत्साहित करना -अंडे की गुणवत्ता और गर्भाशय की परत में सुधार -शरीर को विषमुक्त करना और प्रजनन हार्मोन को संतुलित करना -मानसिक, शारीरिक और आध्यात्मिक रूप से गर्भधारण में सहायता करना

4) दशमूल कषाय - सुबह खाली पेट 40 मिलीलीटर + बराबर पानी = पेल्विक डिटॉक्स, सूजन कम करता है

योग:- -तितली आसन - 2 मिनट -पश्चिमोत्तासन - 2 मिनट -अनुलोम विलोम - 10 मिनट -भ्रामरी - 5 मिनट -पेट के निचले हिस्से पर गर्म तिल के तेल की मालिश प्रतिदिन -रात 10:30 बजे तक जल्दी सो जाएँ

1) शतावरी कल्प- सोते समय 1 छोटा चम्मच गर्म दूध के साथ = महिला रसायन

2) फल घृत- सुबह खाली पेट 1 छोटा चम्मच गर्म दूध के साथ = गर्भाशय को मज़बूत बनाता है

3) पुत्रंजीवक+शिवलिंगी बीज चूर्ण- 1 छोटा चम्मच शहद के साथ दिन में दो बार = ओव्यूलेशन बढ़ाने वाला

4) गोक्षुर चूर्ण- 1/2 छोटा चम्मच दिन में दो बार पानी के साथ = मूत्राशय टॉनिक और प्रजनन क्षमता सहायता

5) गुडुची सत्व- 125 मिलीग्राम शहद के साथ दिन में एक बार = रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता और सूजन में सहायता

चक्र-विशिष्ट समायोजन दिन 5-14 (फॉलिक्युलर फेज़)- पुत्रजीवक+फल घृत पर ज़ोर दें- अधिक

दिन 15-28 (ल्यूटियल फेज़)- शतावरी+अश्वगंधा पर ध्यान दें

#चरण 3-गर्भाधान खिड़की+मूत्राशय सहायता (महीना 5-6) लक्ष्य- निषेचन की संभावना को अधिकतम करना, प्रत्यारोपण और मूत्र स्थिरता

1) कपिकच्छु चूर्ण - 1/2 छोटा चम्मच गर्म दूध के साथ दिन में दो बार सुबह और रात के खाने के बाद = कामेच्छा बढ़ाता है, अंडाणु को बढ़ावा देता है

2) यस्तिमधु चूर्ण - 1/2 छोटा चम्मच दूध के साथ दिन में एक बार नाश्ते के बाद = सूजन-रोधी, एंडोमेट्रियल को सहारा देता है

3) मुसत्ता+गोक्षुरा चूर्ण - 1 छोटा चम्मच भोजन के बाद पानी के साथ = वात संतुलन

4) अश्वगंधा चूर्ण - 1/2 छोटा चम्मच रात में दूध के साथ = हार्मोन संतुलन, तनाव से राहत

प्रजनन योग आसन - - सुप्त बद्ध कोणासन - लेटे हुए बटरफ्लाई -विपरीत करणी- संभोग के बाद -नाड़ी शोधन प्राणायाम-10 मिनट -पेल्विक फ्लोर श्वास

#गर्भाधान का समय -ओव्यूलेशन ट्रैक करें- गर्भाशय ग्रीवा के श्लेष्म या ओव्यूलेशन किट का उपयोग करके -उपजाऊ खिड़की- चक्र के 11-17वें दिन -संभोग कार्यक्रम- वैकल्पिक दिन (दिन 11,13,15,17) -संभोग के बाद- 5-10 मिनट तक पैर ऊपर रखें, तुरंत पेशाब न करें।

#आहार खाएँ - दूध और घी - भीगे हुए बादाम, अंजीर, खजूर - घी के साथ मूंग दाल की खिचड़ी - लौकी, कद्दू, करेला और भी - उबले हुए चावल, जीरा, अजवाइन - रागी, गुड़, तिल, कद्दू के बीज - बीज के लड्डू बनाएँ

इनसे बचें- - ठंडा मौसम, सोडा, बर्फीले जूस - ज़्यादा खट्टे फल, टमाटर, खट्टा दही - कैफीन, चाय, तला हुआ खाना, बेकरी उत्पाद - रात में कच्चा सलाद, अचार

#गर्भधारण के लिए दैनिक दिनचर्या - सुबह 5:30-6 बजे उठें - तिल के तेल की मालिश- कम पेट, जांघें -योग से पहले मल त्याग करें -योग और प्राणायाम-रोज़ाना 30 मिनट -हर्बल चाय (अदरक+तुलसी) या गर्म पानी -नाश्ता- घी के साथ गर्म दलिया -दोपहर का भोजन- खिचड़ी+सब्जी+घी -रात का खाना- शाम 7:30 बजे तक सूप या हल्का भोजन -रात 10 बजे तक सो जाएँ
