Now, for the skin health part, yeah, aloe is a bit of a superstar. Drinking its juice can indeed help hydrate the skin and indirectly support collagen production since it helps maintain moisture and assists in nutrient absorption. Aloe’s antioxidants could fight free radicals, which is good for preventing those signs of aging and helping clear up the complexion. Fighting acne?
