বলছি, আমলা রস খাওয়ার ব্যাপারে কিছু কথাবার্তা করি। তুমি একদম ঠিক বলেছো, এটা ভিটামিন সি আর অ্যান্টিঅক্সিডেন্টে ভরা, যা শরীরের প্রতিরক্ষা শক্তি বাড়ায় আর সর্দি-কাশি দূরে রাখে। এতে যে অ্যান্টিঅক্সিডেন্ট থাকে, সেগুলি শরীরের ক্ষতিকর মুক্ত মৌলগুলিকে নির্মূল করে দেয়, যার ফলে আমাদের প্রতিরক্ষা ব্যবস্থা আরও শক্তিশালী হয়।

প্রথমে আসা যাক হজমের ব্যাপারে। আমলায় থাকা ফাইবার হজম ক্ষমতা বাড়ায়, পাশাপাশি অন্তের পিএইচ মাত্রা স্থির রাখে, যা গ্যাস, বদহজম ও কোষ্ঠকাঠিন্যের মতো সমস্যাগুলি কমায়। সকালে খালি পেটে এটা খেলে সবচেয়ে ভালো কাজ করবে। তার সঙ্গে, তোমার আগ্রহ থাকলে আমলা চূর্ণের সাথে গরম জল মিশিয়ে খেতে পারো, যা হজমবর্ধক হিসাবে কাজ করবে।

স্কিনের যত্নের দিক থেকেও আমলা রস দারুণ কাজ করে। অনিয়মিত উপাদেয় খাবার ও দূষণ থেকে স্কিনকে জীবাণুমুক্ত করে, ফলে ব্রণ, পিগমেন্টেশন কমে যায়। এটা যেমন খেলে ভালো, তেমনি টপিক্যালি মুখে মাখলে, একধরণের প্রাকৃতিক ফেসপ্যাক তৈরী হয় যা ত্বককে পরিষ্কার ও উজ্জ্বল করে তোলে।

ডায়বেটিস ব্যবস্থাপনার ক্ষেত্রে, আমলা ইনসুলিন সংবেদনশীলতা বাড়াতে সাহায্য করে, ফলে রক্তের গ্লুকোজ স্তর নিয়ন্ত্রণে রাখে। প্রতিদিন এক কাপ আমলা রস খেলে তার সুফল দেখতে পাবে।

অতিরিক্ত খেলে অভিক্ষতায় আসতে পারে, তাই মাত্রা মেপে খাওয়াই ভালো। সাধারণত ২০-৩০ মিলি প্রতিদিন খাওয়া যায়। তুই আরেকটু বেশি খেতে চাইলে, শরীর কেমন প্রতিক্রিয়া করছে সেটা বুঝে নাও।
