Sour taste in throat ,chest heavyNess,pain in chest suffering from many years but from last year allopathic medicines doesn't work at all Can u plz help me

—Main cause: Agni imbalance (weak or irregular digestion) and Pitta aggravation.
Sour reflux and chest discomfort occur when acidic Pitta moves upward.
—Rx
1)Avipattikar Churna – 3 g
Twice daily after food with lukewarm water.
2)Kamdudha Ras – 1 tablet
Twice daily after food with honey or water.
3)Sutshekhar Ras – 1 tablet
Twice daily after food.
4)Amla powder – 1 tsp at bedtime with water.
----Pathya (Diet)
Light food: rice, moong dal, coconut water.
Avoid: spicy, fried food, tea, coffee, late-night meals.
—Follow-up: 15 days.
