I’ve heard that Ayurveda offers treatments for enhancing brain function and overall mental clarity. Does anyone have experience with Ayurvedic brain treatments? I’ve read about herbs like Brahmi, Shankhapushpi, and practices like Nasya therapy, but I’m unsure where to start. Are there specific therapies or herbal medicines that have worked well for cognitive improvement? Also, do I need to follow any lifestyle changes along with these treatments for better results?
