It seems like you're experiencing eye strain and headaches, which could be related to your vision or other factors such as stress or screen time. Since you've already tried Baidyanath Mahatriphala Ghrit for two months without seeing any improvement, it might be worth exploring other Ayurvedic treatments or lifestyle changes that could help. Here are some Ayurvedic suggestions you can consider: Triphala Churna: Since you're already familiar with Triphala, it can be used in powdered form as a remedy for eye health. Triphala is known to help detoxify and nourish the eyes. You can use it as an eye wash or take it internally to improve eye function. Ashwagandha: Known for its stress-relieving and calming effects, Ashwagandha can help in reducing the strain caused by stress or tension that may be contributing to your headaches and eye discomfort. Brahmi (Bacopa Monnieri): Brahmi is an excellent herb for improving brain and eye health. It helps enhance memory, reduce stress, and relieve tension, which might be beneficial for your headaches. Anu Taila Nasal Drops: Ayurvedic oils like Anu Taila can be used for nasal drops (Nasya therapy). This treatment is great for soothing eye strain and headaches caused by sinus or stress-related issues. Yoga and Pranayama: Incorporate eye exercises and practices like Trataka (concentration on a fixed point) and Pranayama (breathing exercises) to improve vision and reduce strain. Doing regular yoga can also help alleviate headache symptoms. Dietary Adjustments: Avoid too much screen time, take regular breaks, and maintain a diet rich in antioxidants and vitamins A, C, and E (found in leafy greens, carrots, and citrus fruits) for better eye health. It’s important to note that if the eye strain and headaches persist, it would be a good idea to consult an Ayurvedic doctor who can give you a personalized treatment plan based on your dosha and condition. They might recommend specific Ayurvedic medicines or therapies like Abhyanga (oil massage) or Shirodhara for stress relief and head-related issues. Additionally, it's also worth checking your eye prescription regularly, as vision changes might be contributing to your discomfort. If you have persistent problems, an eye doctor’s consultation might be helpful too.

Aankhon ka strain aur headache, wo bhi -0.75 ka chashma lagne ke baad, thoda uncomfortable toh zaroori hai. Triphala ghrita toh kafi acha vikalp hai, but kabhi kabhi sabko ek jaisa nahi suit karta. Doosri cheezein try kar sakti ho jo shayad madadgar sabit ho. Pehla mahatvapurna step h ki aap kuch lifestyle changes karein. Computer aur mobile screen ka samay thoda kam karne ki koshish kare, specially agar kaam ke time bahut zyada screen dekhna padta hai toh, har 20 minute par ek break lein. Kuch pal ke liye dur tak dekhein, hardisham dekhae wapoao jaldi jaldi blink kare, taaki aankhon ko protection mile. Aapne mahatriphala ghrit try kiya tha, lekin ab aap 'Netra Tarpana' therapy ka option consider kar sakti ho. Ye ek classical Ayurvedic therapy hai jisme aankhon ko gheewar taipfe doobna hai, jo aankhon ko sudharne aur relaxation dene mein kaam aata hai. Kisi trained Ayurvedic practitioner se iske liye consultation le sakti ho. Aap agar diet par thoda focus kare to, amla (Indian gooseberry) ko apne daily food mein include kare. Ye powerful antioxidant hai, and eyes ke liye bahut acha hota hai. Har subah ek spoon ghee ke saath amla chuabne ki koshish kare. Jyada spicy, salty, aur fried foods se door rahe. Kisi peaceful jagah par din me thodi der meditaiton kare, stress kam hoga toh tension headache bhi kam hote hain. Saath hi saath, kuch herbal alternatives jaise 'Saptamrit Lauh' ya 'Chandanadi churna' bhi le sakte ho, par isko kisi ayurvedic doctor ke advice k bina mat lo. Sirf self medication par rely mat kare. Haan, aur sabse zaroori, regular paani peete rahe, hidration kaafi maine rakhta hai. Hopefully, ye tips thoda relief denge, aur gradually improvement denge apko yeh issues me. Koi bhi problem continue ho, toh direct Ayurvedic practioner se mile.
