For the past few months, I’ve been feeling really weird after eating. Sometimes I feel dizzy, sometimes super tired, and other times, I get this strange energy spike followed by a crash. I finally decided to check my blood sugar, and while it’s not exactly high, it’s not consistently within the normal blood sugar level either.
