For the past few months, I have been dealing with stiffness and pain in my neck, especially after long hours of working on the computer. The pain sometimes spreads to my shoulders, and occasionally, I even get headaches because of it. In the morning, my neck feels extremely stiff, and it takes a while before I can move it properly. When I searched online, I found that this could be cervical pain, which happens due to poor posture, muscle strain, or even nerve compression. I read that cervical pain can become chronic if not treated properly. Some people even experience dizziness, numbness in the arms, or tingling sensations, which worries me.
