Go for Panchkarma therapies like 1.Nasya- 1-1 drops of desi ghee or Anu taila in each nostrils daily. 2. Shirodhara - In this warm oils are poured on the head which helps in increasing circulation of blood. This is considered as one of the most effective Ayurveda therapy for hair loss. 3.shirolepa-This is a paste applied on the entire scalp of head. It helps to remove dandruff, controls frizz, repairs split ends and also helps to reduce hair fall. Home remedies - Chew half spoon of Krishna Tila daily with lukewarm water. Eat unripe Amla daily - Rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, amla nourishes the hair from within. It is known to improve hair texture, add shine, and protect against oxidative stress. Aloevera -We recommend putting pure aloe vera gel on your scalp and hair at least twice a week - it helps calm down an inflamed scalp and reduces dandruff. Onion juice- Onion juice has been shown to successfully treat patchy Alopecia Areata by promoting hair growth and improving circulation! It is simple to apply as well - blend a few onions and squeeze out the juice, apply the juice to your scalp and hair, leave it in for 15-20 minutes, then rinse it off and shampoo your hair as usual. Sikhakhai- Rich in antioxidants and Vitamin A, C, K and D, Shikakai helps in keeping hair nourished and maintaining hair health. Dry out the Shikakai pods in the sun and then grind them to make powder. Take two tablespoons of this powder and mix it with coconut oil in a jar. Massage your hair with the mixture at least twice a week.

Sounds like you've been dealing with quite a difficulty. Hair fall can be frustrating, especially when it's tied to other issues like irregular periods. In Ayurveda, hair fall can often be linked to dosha imbalances, particularly Pitta or Vata imbalances. Let's see how we can address this from a holistic point of view. First, let's talk about diet. Since you mentioned omega 3 capsules and alsi (flax) seeds, it's good that you're including healthy fats in your diet. But also consider incorporating more Pitta-pacifying foods if that's your issue. Think of cooling, soothing foods like cucumbers, coriander, and sweet fruits. Vata dosha often loves warm, nourishing meals, like soups and stews with spices like ginger and fennel. About your menstrual cycle irregularities—this could be related to an aggravated Pitta or Vata too. Adding Shatavari to your routine might help. It's known to support female reproductive health and also has a calming effect which is good if stress is a trigger for you. Do take about 1-2 tsp with warm milk daily. Massaging your scalp with oil can enhance circulation. Use coconut oil if your Pitta is high or sesame oil if you suspect Vata. Gently warm the oil and apply it to your scalp. Do it twice a week, let it sit for 30 minutes to an hour before washing it out. It’s crucial to get enough sleep and manage stress—both can have big impact on hair and menstrual health. Sleep at regular hours, aim for 7-9 hours a night. And maybe try including yoga or meditation in your daily routine as well. If the hair fall contiues to be persistent, I'd suggest consulting with a local Ayurvedic practitioner to pinpoint the exact imbalance and get some personalized measures. They could assess things like your Prakriti (constitution) to tailor recommendations more personally. Just make sure to keep talking with healthcare professionals since they know your case well too.
