Hello Manisha, Your hormonal acne, acid reflux, and high LDL suggest a Pitta imbalance and possible liver sluggishness. Take Arogyavardhini Vati (1 tablet twice daily) for liver detox and Manjishtha capsules (1 capsule twice daily) to purify the blood. For acidity, drink fennel-coriander tea and take 1 tsp Yashtimadhu powder with warm water after meals. Avoid spicy, oily foods and late dinners. Apply neem and turmeric paste on acne. Since your glucose is borderline high, reduce sugar and refined carbs. Does your acne worsen before menstruation? Let me know for further hormone-balancing advice.

Namaste Manisha, From an Ayurvedic perspective, your symptoms suggest an imbalance in Pitta dosha (responsible for metabolism, digestion, and skin health) and Kapha dosha (which can contribute to sluggish liver function and high LDL). • Avoid foods like spicy, oily, fermented, and excessively salty foods. Reduce dairy, especially cheese and cream. Include foods like bitter vegetables (karela, methi, drumstick), fresh fruits (papaya, pomegranate), and whole grains.Include cooling and alkaline foods like coconut water, buttermilk, and coriander water. Drink warm water with lemon or jeera to aid digestion and reduce LDL levels.Limit refined sugars and processed foods to prevent insulin resistance and acne flare-ups. Start the following medicines Tab. Arogyavardhini Vati – (1 tablet twice a day after meals with warm water). • Triphala Churna – (1/2 tsp with warm water before bed). Avipattikar Churna – Useful for (½ tsp before meals with warm water). Yogaasanas like Pawanmuktasana to balance Pitta. Avoid excessive screen time and stress, as it can increase Pitta-related acne. Try fasting once a week with only fruits and herbal teas to support liver detoxification. • Liver cleanse with 1 tsp Amla juice + Aloe Vera juice daily on an empty stomach.

Hello Manisha, Your hormonal acne, acid reflux, and high LDL levels point to a possible Pitta imbalance and sluggish liver function. I recommend taking Arogyavardhini Vati (1 tablet twice daily) to support liver detox and Manjishtha capsules (1 capsule twice daily) to help purify your blood. For acidity, try drinking fennel-coriander tea and taking 1 tsp of Yashtimadhu powder with warm water after meals. Avoid spicy, oily foods and late-night dinners. To manage your acne, applying a neem and turmeric paste can be beneficial. Since your glucose levels are borderline high, consider reducing sugar and refined carbs in your diet. Does your acne tend to worsen before menstruation? If so, let me know, and I can suggest hormone-balancing remedies as well.

Ah, hormonal acne at 47, that's quite a surprise, isn't it? Let's dive into this. Acne at this age often links to hormonal imbalances. In Ayurveda, it's usually connected to an aggravation of Pitta dosha, which can create heat and lead to skin issues. The acid reflux you're mentioning might also a sign of excess Pitta. Though the fatty liver is a suspect for many, it's not the sole culprit here. But given your LDL levels and borderline glucose, keeping liver health in check is a good idea. First things first, what's on your plate? Try to embrace a Pitta-pacifying diet—think cooling foods, like cucumber, watermelon, and coconut water. Stay away from spicy, oily foods—your tastes bud might crave 'em, but your skin won't thank you. Keep the coffee and alcohol intake low too, they can heat things up. Since you're already a yoga fan, maybe lean into calming asanas like Paschimottanasana or Viparita Karani. They're gentle and can help balance Pitta. Adding 15 minutes of Pranayama, focusing on deep breaths and cooling breath techniques, can work wonders not just for your skin but even the acid reflux. Also, taking daily triphala, about half a teaspoon before bed, could gently cleanse and support the liver function, no harsh cleanses though! You don't want to shock your system. Turmeric milk at night might help too. Remember, consistency is your friend here. Lastly, for the acne itself, a neem or sandalwood face pack can soothe inflammation. But if stuff doesn't get bette,r or flare-ups increase, consider checking with a dermatologist or an Ayurvedic practitioner in person. Always good to rule out other issues. You simply deserve to feel good and glow from within!
