Premature greying from such an early age suggests Pitta-Vata imbalance, weak liver function, nutritional deficiencies, or hereditary factors. Since topical remedies haven’t worked, we need to focus on internal healing, diet, and stress management along with external care. Amla (Indian Gooseberry) + Brahmi + Bhringraj Powder – Take ½ tsp daily with warm water to nourish hair from within. Ashwagandha -1/2 tsp with warm milk at night Triphala (½ tsp at bedtime) Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta) Juice or Powder –take with buttermilk or warm water. Eat black sesame seeds + jaggery (1 tsp daily). Drink fresh Amla juice or consume raw Amla daily. Include ghee, soaked almonds, walnuts, dates, and coconut in your diet. Avoid spicy, fermented, and processed foods, as they worsen Pitta. Henna + Indigo Powder – Natural remedy for greying (if you want to darken the hair naturally). Rinse hair with black tea or curry leaf water.

Your concerns span across hair, digestive issues, and menstrual irregularities, suggesting an underlying imbalance that we need to address holistically through Ayurveda. The premature greying of hair, especially at your age, could be connected to Pitta dosha imbalance. Root causes might include nutritional deficiencies, stress, or exposure to chemicals. Dry hair could signify Vata dosha imbalance impacting the nourishment to your hair. For addressing gray hair and dryness, start by incorporating Amla (Indian Gooseberry) into your diet, as it's considered a rejuvenating herb. It can also be applied in hair oil or used in paste form on scalp. Try Bhringraj oil as well, massaged into the scalp 3 times a week. It has cooling properties that help to balance Pitta dosha. Ensure your diet includes essential fats from nuts, seeds or ghee, which provide vital nourishment to hair. Seeing that maida and similar foods cause you digestive distress, it's wise to avoid refined flours and focus on whole grains like brown rice, quinoa, and millets. Consider drinking Cumin-Coriander-Fennel tea throughout the day to soothe and support digestive fire (Agni). As for your irregular periods, this is often connected to hormonal imbalances which could also be rooted in the digestive system. Maintaining regular meal times and including warm and cooked foods in your diet can regulate Agni and help stabilize Vata. Ensure you get plenty of fiber from vegetables and hydration through water and herbal teas. An Ayurvedic herb like Shatavari may support your reproductive health, but it's best to consult directly with a specialist for a personalized dosage. Involving stress management practices such as yoga or meditation can also create harmonizing effects for your overall wellbeing, addressing these issues' deeper psycho-emotional aspects. Since you're experiencing multiple symptoms, I recommend consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner, where a personalized pulse diagnosis might offer more tailored guidance.
