Since your condition is chronic, it will take time, but with consistent diet, herbs, and exercises, you should see improvement. Would you like specific guidance on Kegel exercises or herbal dosages? Tab.kanchanar guggulu- Tab.stri rasayana vati-1 tab each twice daily after food with lukewarm water Dashamoola aristha-4 tsp with equal quantity of water twice daily after food Include :-Warm, moist foods – Khichdi, soups, cooked vegetables (pumpkin, bottle gourd, carrots). Avoid cold and dry foods – Dry fruits, cold water, raw salads. Increase protein & healthy fats – Ghee, soaked nuts, sesame seeds

Do Kegel exercises Yogasanas: Moola Bandha (Root Lock) Vajrasana (Diamond Pose) Ashwini Mudra (Anal Sphincter Contraction) Malasana (Deep Squat)

Sit in a squatting position while urinating to ensure complete bladder emptying. Massage lower abdomen with warm castor oil to strengthen muscles. Drink warm water throughout the day to prevent urinary stagnation.

Urinary incontinence and rectal prolapse can indeed be quite distressing, especially when coupled with conditions like PCOD. In Ayurveda, such issues are often linked to a vitiation in the Vata dosha. For your case, integrating classical Ayurvedic wisdom may help alleviate some of your symptoms.

First, focusing on your diet is crucial. Root vegetables like sweet potatoes, beets, and carrots can be nourishing as they support the body’s tissues, perhaps aiding in prolapse recovery. Incorporating ghee can also be beneficial — a teaspoon daily in your meals can help balance Vata, known for causing dryness and weakness in the body’s support structures.

Ayurvedic herbs such as Ashwagandha and Shatavari are excellent for strengthening the muscles and tissues, which may help with incontinence. You could take a teaspoon of Ashwagandha powder in warm milk before bed, if possible look for reputed brands for quality.

Practicing specific yoga postures under guidance, like Mula Bandha (the root lock), can strengthen pelvic muscles, which may assist with both urinary and rectal control. However, be gentle, and start slowly, a local yoga teacher might offer assistance.

It’s important to routinely manage stress, which can exacerbate Vata imbalance, practices like meditation or light pranayamas may prove useful. Ensure you get enough rest and avoid caffeine or alcohol as these can further irritate the bladder.

Lastly, these are supportive measures, if symptoms persist or worsen, please do consult a healthcare provider. It’s essential to consider blending modern medical solutions with Ayurvedic practices, as this comprehensive approach typically generates the most significant improvement. Safety first, so never hesitate to seek immediate medical care whenever needed.
