UTI - E Coli & ESBL - #20244

Rajeev Chandak

I was Diagnosed with UTI on 20 February. they started treating with various antibiotics however nothing worked. Initially I had irritation while urination, High Fever sometimes and discoloration of urine (Dark yellowish green) Subsequently urine culture was done and noticed that bacteria was sensitive only to two antibiotics (Meropenem & Fosfomycin) They started treating with Meropenem (1gm BD) through IV after 3 days urine culture was done again and it showed nil bacteria, however on my request they continued Meropenem for 2 more days. Subsequently, my fever stopped but other symptoms remained. i again went for urine culture and found that bacteria still present. I am worried because of reoccurring of this infection and want to get rid totally. currently I am admitted in a hospital and being treated with Meropenem (1gm /TDS) through IV, since 28th march. slight irritation and discoloration of urine still persists. kindly advise

UTI in males should be ruled out properly, What us scan is revealing,?? Better repeat c/s after completion of meropenem . After discharge we can start on ayurvedic medicines You can apply black colour space between middle and ring finger left hand for 4 hours

as per your condition it seems to be everythingh normal other than infection,as per my advice firstly you should complete your antibiotic medicine course after it you can start following 1.varunadi vati 1 tab bd 2.gokshur powder 1/2tsf with leukworm water 3.chandraprabha vati 1 tab bd 4.avipattikar powder 1/2 tsf with leukworm water in early morning 5.tab.cystone forte 1 bd ✅ Foods to Include: Coconut water Cooling fruits – Watermelon, pomegranate, grapes, and cucumber. Vegetable juices – Coriander, carrot, and bottle gourd juice help in detoxification. Herbal teas – Cumin, coriander, and fennel (CCF tea) reduce inflammation. add buttermilk after taking lunch ❌ Foods to Avoid: Spicy, sour, and fried foods – Can aggravate Pitta and worsen burning sensation. Caffeinated drinks (tea, coffee, cola) – Can irritate the bladder lining. Artificial sweeteners and sugar – Can worsen bacterial overgrowth. Alcohol & processed foods – Increase acidity and toxicity.
