With over 18 years of dedicated Ayurvedic practice, I have focused extensively on treating skin and hair disorders, integrating classical Panchakarma therapies with individualized care. A major aspect of my clinical approach involves Upakarma procedures—supportive therapies within Panchakarma—which I customize based on each patient’s Prakriti (constitutional type). I believe true healing begins when treatments are aligned with the body’s natural balance, and this philosophy guides every aspect of my work. My specialization includes the preparation and use of Ayurvedic formulations that I personally design, including face packs, hair packs, body oils, and facial oils—each one carefully selected and recommended according to the patient’s specific dosha and skin/hair condition. These formulations are result-oriented and rooted in time-tested Ayurvedic principles, ensuring safe, natural, and sustainable outcomes. In my practice, Ayurvedic facials are more than just cosmetic procedures; they are therapeutic treatments tailored to the unique constitution of each individual, aiming to restore inner and outer harmony. By incorporating dosha-based skincare routines and traditional beauty therapies, I help patients achieve visible improvement in conditions like pigmentation, acne, hair fall, and premature aging—without relying on chemical-based solutions. My goal is to blend classical Ayurveda with a practical, patient-focused approach. Whether managing chronic skin concerns, offering customized herbal solutions, or delivering rejuvenative Panchakarma therapies, I ensure each treatment is deeply personalized, holistic, and rooted in authentic Ayurvedic wisdom.

Gaining weight can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when it affects your energy levels and concentration. From an Ayurvedic perspective, we need to understand the balance of doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—in your body. Rapid weight gain and increased hunger might indicate a Kapha imbalance, accompanied by diminished Agni, or digestive fire. This can lead to sluggishness and excessive desire for food. Let's address this with some tailored advice. Firstly, let's ignite your Agni gently. Begin your day with a glass of warm water with a squeeze of lemon juice; this kickstarts metabolism. Incorporate spices like ginger, black pepper, and cinnamon in your daily meals, as they can naturally stimulate your digestive fire. Try to avoid heavy, oily, and fried foods that could increase Kapha. Focus on lighter, nutritious meals. Fresh vegetables, whole grains like quinoa or millets, and legumes should be your primary source of nourishment. When hunger strikes and you're tempted to eat large meals, shift towards smaller, frequent meals through the day. This will keep your energy levels stable and prevent overeating. Including Triphala at night can help regulate digestion—follow your practitioner's dosage advice here. Also, consider chewing fennel seeds after meals to support digestion. Physical activity is crucial. A brisk walk in the morning for about 20–30 minutes can invigorate the body and mind. If possible, practice yoga, especially postures like Surya Namaskar, which enhance metabolism and balance internal energies. Mediation or mindful breathing everyday for a few minutes can significantly improve focus and reduce stress. For saggy breasts, massaging with upward strokes using warm sesame oil might help firm the skin and improve circulation. Just be gentle and do it regularly. If you’ve noticed significant sagging, consultation with a qualified clinician is advised to rule out any underlying condition. Additionally, make sure you get enough rest as sleep influences metabolism too. Try winding down with routine—like reading or warm bath—and keeping away from screens an hour before bed. Remember, small consistent steps can create big changes. If you feel your condition gets worse, reach out to a health professional face-to-face to check any underlying issues. Stay committed to balancing your doshas, and you'll likely see progress with time!
