Having burning sensations in the chest, heaviness in the neck, and tinnitus (the sound in the ear), alongside severe headaches and fatigue, might be distressing, especially after two months of H. pylori treatment without improvement. While certain aspects can be associated with digestive issues, it would be important to consider a few perspectives here in Ayurveda.

Firstly, from an Ayurvedic point of view, these symptoms could be signs of an imbalance in the Pitta dosha which often leads to issues like acidity and inflammation. The burning sensation and headache often indicate excess heat or Pitta in your body causing discomfort in the head and upper digestive tract including chest and neck regions.

For such Pitta imbalance one can start by incorporating dietary changes: consume cooling, soothing foods like cucumber, melons, and leafy greens. Try to avoid hot, spicy, oily, and acidic foods which can aggravate Pitta. Coconut water as well as aloe vera juice can provide a cooling effect and help in calming pitta.

When it comes to lifestyle, practicing stress management techniques like meditation or focused breathing can be beneficial. Pitta often flares under stress, aggravating these symptoms.

For specific ayurvedic remedial measures, consider using Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) known for its anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting effects. Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) may assist with headaches and improving overall cognitive strength and memory.

It’s also vital to pay attention to sleep and rest as fatigue plays a large role in Pitta conditions. Ensure you have a proper sleep routine, giving your body the time to restore and heal naturally.

However, your symptoms may also point toward other concerns like acid reflux or even neurological issues, given the headache and ear sounds. It would be prudent to revisit your healthcare provider to discuss further investigations which might be required.

If your symptoms persist, especially with the combination of severe headache, and burning sensations, it is key to seek a comprehensive medical evaluation to rule out any significant underlying conditions that may require immediate attention. In this scenario, a balanced approach with Ayurveda supportive measures could complement your current treatment.
